Learner statement of AIMS and INTENTIONS (10 MARKS) Media language will be used in my cross-media production using lyrics in the music video and analysis of magazine covers and articles as I decode their meaning and purpose. Furthermore, the magazine articles will feature elements of media language. The purpose of media language in my cross-media production is used to market and advertise to a specific audience by engaging their interest and raise its awareness. Lighting: Low Key Lighting   is all about shadows - this creates drama, tension, and darkness a low Key lighting scheme is suited for more high contrast visuals. High Key Lighting   refers to a low contrast lighting style that is used to brighten up everything within the frame and cut down on shadows. With high key lighting, every person in the scene, as well as every object get the same amount of light so that everything looks even. Controlling the light: Reflectors or bouncers are used to reflect the light off and is a method used to control the light. Diffusion slow motion/ fast motion at the same time can be used as an effect the use of different colours such as a m onochromatic colour scheme compared to colour can help create the mood of the image
